These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by entering this promotion all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions. Please retain a copy for your information. The personal data provided by entrants to the Promoter will only be used by the Promoter for the purpose of always conducting the promotion and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and the Promoter's Privacy Policy (available at https://www.stonegategroup.co.uk/privacy-policy/ From time to time, the Promoter may share entrants' personal data with their agents/representatives to assist with administering the promotion, contacting entrants and prize fulfilment (as necessary).

1.1 To enter this promotion you must be a UK resident and be over 18 years at the time of entry - Wednesday 24th May 2023 to Friday 23rd June 2023.

1.2 This promotion is not open to Heineken UK Ltd and Stonegate Group employees (or members of their immediate families)

1.3 No purchase necessary. However, in order to enter the promotion, you must have an internet connection and a valid email account.

1.4 Only one entry per person.

1.5 Multiple entries created by the same person will be disqualified. Stonegate Group accepts no responsibility for entries that, for whatever reason, it does not receive before the promotion closing time.

1.7 To take part in the competition to win Heineken Cheers to the Summer tickets the user will need to complete the promotion entry form that is detailed on the competition entry page which can be found at https://games.welovesport.co/heinekenscratchcard/ or when you scan the QR code. To enter we will ask for your full name, date of birth & email address.

1.8 One winner will be picked at random from all entries on Monday 26th June 2023 and will win two tickets to the 2022/23 Formula 1 British Grand Prix, taking place at Silverstone Circuit, Towcester NN12 8TN between the 7th July - 9th July 2023

PHASE 1 PRIZE

There are 2 prizes in total.

These consists of:

The Phase 1 prize includes a chance to win one of two pairs of weekend tickets to the ARAMCO Formula 1 Silverstone Grand Prix 2023.

This consists of:

• 2 x ARAMCO F1 Silverstone Grand Prix 2023 weekend tickets, with Hamilton grandstand seating - including camping.
• 3-day event access Friday 7th July - Sunday 9th July.
• This prize is non-transferable or exchangeable, cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other special offer. There is no cash alternative, refund, or other alternative for any unused portions of the prize.
• In the event of cancellation by the winner, the winner or any other participant will not be entitled to claim any refund or replacement prize.
• All other costs and expenses in taking up the prize not set out in the stated prize description will be at the winner's expense, these include but are not limited to travel to the event, meals, drinks, spending money, gratuities.
• Disruptions or Cancellations: The Prize Provider cannot guarantee that the prize and/or optional activities will be free from disruptions, failings, or cancellations. The Prize Provider is not liable for such disruptions, failings, or cancellations unless they are caused by our negligence. The winner or any other participant will not be entitled to claim any refund or replacement prize.
• No other travel, subsistence, gratuities, or costs of a personal nature are included. These costs must be borne by winner and their guest.

1.9.1 Use of the prize is subject to the terms and conditions on the tickets and the regulations in force at the venue. The prize is subject to the FORMULA 1 BRITISH GRAND PRIX 2023 TERMS & CONDITIONS

1.10 Winners will be picked on Monday 26th June 2023

2.1 If you win the promotion, we will notify you on either Monday 26th June 2023 or Tuesday 27th June 2023.

2.2 Stonegate Group will use reasonable endeavours to contact the winners. If the Promoter does not receive the response within 5 days, a winner rejects the prize or is disqualified, then the Promoter reserves the right to draw another winner at random from all valid entries.

2.2 Phase 2 Prize Fund

2.2.1 Upon entering Phase 1 of the Heineken Cheers to the Summer promotion, detailed above the user will be presented with a digital scratch card on screen to the chance to win prizes. These are listed below.

2.2.1.1 Prizes include (*below venues excluded) 5,000 x Heineken pint, Heineken 330ml NRB or Heineken 0.0% 330ml NRB; 5,000 2 for the price of 1 Heineken pint, Heineken 330ml NRB or Heineken 0.0% 330ml NRB; 2,500 x £5 money off food voucher; 2,500 x 20% off food voucher - aforementioned prizes to be claimed in participating venues, further - there are 9 pairs of admission only tickets to Goodwood Festival of Speed - these consist of 3 x pairs of tickets for each day of; Thursday 13th July, Saturday 16th July and Sunday 17th July. If you are the winner of a Phase 2 prize you will be notified of the prize details on screen and prize redeemed in venue, or Goodwood tickets sent by email. Prizes to be claimed in participating venues, subject to stocking.

2.2.2 Managed/Branded fascias - Heineken pint, Heineken 330ml NRB or Heineken 0.0% 330ml NRB; 2 for the price of 1 Heineken pint, Heineken 330ml NRB or Heineken 0.0% 330ml NRB; £5 money off food voucher; 20% off food voucher. Prizes to be claimed in participating venues.

2.2.3 For Scotland Managed fascias - £5 money off food voucher; 20% off food voucher. Prizes to be claimed in participating venues.

2.2.4 For Wales Managed fascias - 2 for the price of 1 Heineken pint, Heineken 330ml NRB or Heineken 0.0% 330ml NRB; x £5 money off food voucher; 20% off food voucher. Prizes to be claimed in participating venues.

2.2.5 Branded fascia (non-food) - Heineken pint, Heineken 330ml NRB or Heineken 0.0% 330ml NRB; 750 2 for the price of 1 Heineken pint, Heineken 330ml NRB or Heineken 0.0% 330ml NRB. Prizes to be claimed in participating venues.

2.3 Stonegate's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

2.4 All prize winners and guests must be over the age of 18.

2.5 The winners' details will be shared with Heineken Group in order to award the prize. Prizes are issued in person with specified collection instructions on the day and not emailed out.

2.6 The prize will not be transferable to another person

2.7 No part of a prize is exchangeable for cash or any other prize

2.8 The prize is subject to COVID-19 UK government restrictions allowing the attendance of spectators to live sporting events.

2.9 The winner and guest may be asked to provide a negative COVID-19 test in order to gain entry to the event.

2.10 If an advertised prize is not available, we reserve the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value

2.11 The promoter reserves the right at any time, in its absolute discretion, to disqualify any participant:

2.11.1 If found to be abusing or tampering with the operation of the promotion or entering using fraudulent means, or who the promoter believes to have acted in breach of these terms and conditions;

2.11.2 who does not give correct contact details or who makes an entry on someone else's behalf;

2.11.2.1 posting (or who has previously posted) a post, entry or comment to their own and/or the promoter's social media pages that is, in the promoter's opinion, inappropriate, offensive, defamatory or upsetting to other participants, fans of the promoter or the promoter's commercial partners relevant to the promotion, or is directly aimed at the promoter, or contrary to applicable law, and, in the case of the promoter's social media pages, to remove any such entry or comment.

2.12 No entries from agents, third parties, syndicated entries or those made using methods such as a computer macro, script or the use of automated devices are permitted, and no bulk entries are permitted.
